Program Positioning

A practical, budget-conscious package — built for repeat resale work, without cutting corners on how the finished kitchen presents.

The Cabinetry Spec

A repeatable two-tone package that lifts resale value.

On every flip this client specs the same combination: CNC Cabinetry's Luxor door in Harvest (L05) paired with White (L10). The warm wood-tone island against crisp white perimeter cabinets reads as “designer kitchen” to buyers — and it does it on a value-line budget with a 7–10 business-day lead time.

CNC Cabinetry logo

A value-driven cabinetry line with a surprisingly broad design range. CNC offers fast lead times, strong everyday pricing, and an expanded selection of doors, finishes, accessories, and modification options, making it a great fit for customers who want a high-end look without moving into a premium semi-custom budget.

Door Style

Clean Shaker profile with a slim, contemporary rail — flexible enough to read modern in white and warm-traditional in a wood tone. A workhorse door for two-tone kitchens.

Design Detail

Small design moves, big visual impact.

In resale renovations, the right details can completely change how a kitchen feels. For this project, UCD used a practical CNC cabinetry package, but added a few thoughtful design touches that gave the space a more custom, elevated look without dramatically increasing the cabinet budget.

01Design Move

Custom Hood Look

We ordered extra matching panel material so the client could wrap the hood area in the same finish as the cabinetry. It creates the look of a custom built-in hood without the cost of a fully custom cabinet package.

02Design Move

Farm Sink Character

Instead of using a basic sink base, we designed this with a farm-style sink cabinet. It adds charm, character, and a more finished designer look while still keeping the project budget practical.

A value-conscious CNC cabinetry package — elevated by extra matching panel material and thoughtful cabinet planning, not by upgrading to fully custom cabinetry.
